Club Pilates Los Olivos is a boutique reformer pilates studio offering group classes for all fitness levels, from beginner foundations through advanced mastery levels. Their instructors (each with 500+ hours of certified training) lead signature classes including Reformer Flow, Cardio Sculpt, Control, Suspend, and Restore, using state-of-the-art equipment including reformers, springboards, chairs, and suspension training apparatus. They specialize in Joseph Pilates' original Contrology Method modernized for group practice, and offer free intro classes to help new members experience the studio and learn proper form.
