Centered Wellness and Yoga is a full-spectrum wellness center in Port St. Lucie offering yoga classes for all levels (Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Hot Yoga, Mat Pilates), private sessions, and yoga teacher training programs. Beyond yoga, they provide functional wellness services including guided detox programs, nutrition coaching, acupuncture, massage, reiki, craniosacral therapy, red light therapy, ionic detox foot baths, and sound meditation. Founded by two women, the studio creates a nurturing, community-focused environment designed to serve as an accessible alternative to traditional healthcare.
