“What a ridiculous phone system and more ridiculous business ethic! When you finally understand what extensions you're supposed to dial to reach a sales team member, you have the option of eight different numbers. I dialed each one of them and got a voicemail with several of the voicemails having outdated out-of-office replies that were more than a month old. When I finally find out there's an extension for a manager, I dialed that number and tried to explain to Brandy my difficulty and she just kept talking over me and excusing why no one was answering their phones. Then she told me she was going to transfer me to someone who was in the store today and I told her I already dialed that person's extension but she cut me off and transferred me anyway to which I was again routed to a voicemail. If this is the kind of service you get when you're just trying to get new flooring, I don't even want to go into the process of purchasing flooring and getting it installed from them.”

“We used this business for our bathroom during the home build. The man we worked with was extremely impatient, unfriendly, and rude. He almost seemed like he was over his job. We ended up picking a slate tile. It took extremely long to even get on the schedule for them to install the tile. This set back our house build schedule for weeks. Then when they installed it, the installers PUT IN SOMEONE ELSE'S TILE! Oops! How unorganized can a business be to mess something so crucial in someone's home up? By the time they came back to install the slate, it had been bumping around in boxes in the back of the installer's truck. When the slate came out, many of the pieces crumbled right away and the other pieces were brittle and very untrue to the color that we ordered. We ended up having to switch to a ceramic tile, because it was in such rough condition. When we went into the store to set up the ceramic tile (we managed to show up there on a tight work schedule), the man who seemed "over his job" there, jumped to another customer, even though we were there first. I had some words with him. Not only was I about to have a baby, and we desperately needed our house to get finished before the baby came, but his priorities were not about fixing the mistakes of his business. He treated us like we were a major inconvenience. His business set us back 2 months in our house build finish. If you're looking for new tile options, go somewhere else!”
