Carolina Healthy Hearts & Minds, PLLC is a counseling and life coaching practice led by Jacobia Williams, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 23 years of experience in therapeutic foster care, hospitals, counseling, and schools. The practice offers clinical supervision, grief counseling, couples counseling, depression and anxiety treatment, parent education and coaching, and adjustment disorder support. They provide both in-person and telehealth appointments and are currently accepting new clients.
