“Upon purchasing our new home, my husband and I decided to renovate our kitchen. Dianna took measurements for new cabinetry and provided design suggestions based on her years of experience. She was able to make better utilization of the corner area for refrigerator placement. Dianna patiently walked us through options, provided renderings and was able to pivot quickly when we changed our mind about our initial cabinet choice in a patient, graceful manner. We are very pleased with the Kraftmaid custom cabinets purchased through Cardinal. She also provided us with contacts for installation services. Cardinal had bountiful options for handle selection as well. I think our before and after photos speak to the quality of craftsmanship and service that we experienced. We will be using Cardinal again. We also felt the prices were fair, especially consider we had our own personal consultant and contact point. “I stopped in today to look for a sample of a specific color of Benjamin Moore paint. There were 3 guys in the paint department, one was helping a customer. I was never offered any assistance. When I brought the color card to the front and asked to get a sample, the guy behind the counter was not helpful, rattling off a price for a quart and no offer of a solution or an explanation I could understand on why buying a sample was not possible. I asked if he could write down on the card, the cost of the paint in flat, semi gloss and satin. You would have thought I was asking him to plough the back forty. I left wondering if this is a place for customers or just contractors. I still don't know. I was going to buy paint to do my entire interior including all walls, ceilings, doors and trim. I can't imagine the owner of this establishment would appreciate a prospective customer, being treated with abject dismissiveness.”
