Cafe Momentum

Café Momentum is a non-profit restaurant and workforce training program in Dallas that transforms justice-involved youth ages 15–19 through culinary education, life skills training, and employment opportunities. Beyond serving as a restaurant, Café Momentum operates as a comprehensive social enterprise where at-risk youth gain industry credentials, mentorship, and support systems to rebuild their lives.
