Brooke Seibert is a Registered Dietitian with over 10 years of clinical and community outpatient experience specializing in gastrointestinal disorders, diabetes, heart health, and eating disorders. She offers both in-person and virtual nutrition counseling using intuitive eating, Health at Every Size (HAES), and mind-body connection approaches to help clients break free from diet cycles and disordered eating patterns.
