“My wife’s car had a front end collision which caused significant cosmetic damage. Braggs body shop did a wonderful job with the repair. The paint match was excellent and you could not tell it had been in an accident. It looked and drove like a brand new car. It was also completed slightly ahead of schedule. The team did a great job.”

“This is long overdue. I’m averse to writing negative posts, and I’m confident I’ll receive some sort of unfriendly, disparaging reply from the business, but I wouldn’t wish my experience on anyone else. In Jan 2022 my car was parked at home, minding it’s own business when it was hit by a snowplow. Having no experience in the body shop industry, I took my little VW to 3 places to gather estimates: a local, family owned shop, the dealer and a shop in the Valley. I did my research. Based on completeness of the estimate and confidence inspired by the estimator, I selected Bragg's Body Shop. You may remember these were covid times, getting a date to drop off the car took a long time. That was extended when they realized they gave me the wrong date. No worries, I said, it’s hard times for everyone. My car was there for a LONG time (covid supply chain issues). Finally, notice came- it’s finished! Yea! Almost immediately, I noticed a noise in the back end. Fast forward through multiple visits to the shop, including a ride with a brilliant technician who diagnosed the problem, turns out the bumper and hatchback were mounted incorrectly, causing pieces to rub together. No problem, I said, thanks for fixing it! Don’t worry (about the multiples times I had to come back to your shop to convince you that something was wrong),…I’m just glad it’s fixed. Then, a couple of weeks later, I discover the strangest thing. I learned in the business, it’s called an ‘outie’. That’s a perfect word,…it looked like someone had taken a sharpened pencil and attempted to poke it from under the skin of the car to the outside world. Turns out it wasn’t a pencil, but a small screw that holds wires in place, in the panel just above the gas cap. No possible way I could have done that, which is what Bragg’s said happened when I brought it to their attention. I provided the pictures which show the outie corresponds to a screw, and shared the assessment (happened at the shop) by the dent repair specialist THEY RECOMMENDED. They refused to fix. Then I noticed the broken ‘air bag’ tag and air vent on the driver’s side A post. Bragg's ordered a new one, and when it came in, called and said I could pick it up as they would not be installing it. Then the rear fender started to separate from the body of the car. The same fender they installed incorrectly. They refused to fix. Then I started to notice the difference in paint color on the section they repaired. I took the car to another body shop and they agreed, and also assessed an ‘orange peel’ appearance to the body work. They confirmed the fender issue. They gave me an estimate of approximately $6K to fix the poor workmanship and additional damages caused by Bragg's. After a long and drawn out battle with Bragg's and my (and other guy's) insurance I finally had to concede defeat. Early on Bragg's was reasonable, even pleasant, to deal with. However, as it became clear that repair of their poor workmanship, which continued to present over time, was going to be expensive, they (Natasha) became nasty and rude, both of which I consider unprofessional. To summarize: Bragg’s did as much damage as they were hired to fix. The dent repair specialist Bragg’s recommended to me confirmed that the ‘outie’ could only have happened at the body shop. Another subject matter expert evaluated their work and found it to be lacking. While my insurance wouldn’t help me, they agreed with the poor workmanship. After months of trying to work with Bragg’s, then months of dealing with insurance, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This is also not a fast process. Bragg’s refused to acknowledge or engage with the BBB. Readers may know that the BBB has no enforcement ability, but at least for the next three years you can look up the complaint, along with loads of documentation. I can only hope that I save someone from having a similar experience. Dig deep into the online reviews and you’ll find what I didn’t- my experience is not unique. Do NOT let Bragg’s work on your car.”

“Really great team at Braggs. They were processional, kind, and helpful every step of the way. I had issues with my rental car and a lot of back and forth with my insurance and they stepped right in and helped without me even asking. They did fantastic work and my car looks great. There was one thing they missed (I also didn't see it) and I when I called them back about it, they made time for me right away and fixed it in less than an hour. They also cleaned my car when they were done! I will be recommending Braggs in the future.”

“I have used Bragg's on 2 other occasions to repair damage to my cars. Just got my car back and it looks great. They are easy to work with and accommodated all of my requests. They did a nice job on the repairs, the car was cleaned and washed for delivery and the job was done promptly. Looks better than new.”
