Borden Health Center is the skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility within Kendal at Lexington, a Life Plan Community in the Shenandoah Valley. Part of a 84-acre not-for-profit senior living community founded in 2000 and accredited by CARF/CCAC, Borden Health Center provides short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, skilled nursing, and memory support services.
