Body Evolutions is Campbell's original boutique pilates and GYROTONIC® studio specializing in aging wellness for adults 40+. Founded over 25 years ago by instructors Chris and Sonja, they offer signature small-group MOVE pilates classes, private one-on-one sessions, and duet training tailored to individual goals and physical limitations. The studio focuses on building strength, flexibility, balance, and confidence while helping clients recover from injuries, improve posture, and move with ease throughout their daily lives.
