    What Customers Love

I've done a fair bit of PT in my time and although the staff seem to be competent and caring, this facility has them attending to several people simultaneously during your session. This is not dedicated, one-on-one physical therapy and yet it costs the same amount as the one-on-one care that you'd find in most other places. Also, if you are not an evangelist Christian, you may not feel comfortable here.

I was involved in a horrific vehicle accident which led to multiple surgeries and a 3 month stay at UVA. When i first became weight bearing on my legs, I shortly after started therapy with Dr. Melchione. He started with a very thorough exam and therapy regimen. The experience and knowledge this doctor has is very impressive to say the least. By the end of my therapy (couple months later) I am back at my job doing concrete work and I’m completely independent. Much gratitude to Dr. Melchione and his entire staff!

My deepest heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Melchione and his wife Sue, for all they did to make my PT so successful. After a traumatic accident, breaking 3 bones in my ankle, I met this caring staff while still in my wheelchair. In just 2 months, I'm walking without a cane and have completed my therapy. Their knowledge, attentiveness & positivity was a breath of fresh air from previous sub-par therapists. I will highly recommend Blue Ridge Therapy to anyone who could benefit from their expert care.

This is the best place. The staff is always helpful and Bill is the best. We been using them for years. I fell and fractured my wrist and elbow and with me being older I was afraid it wasn’t going to work right or that I would be in pain. I am still doing my exercises and I am doing great. My husband has arthritis and Bill has worked with him a lot. Like I said before they are the BEST!!!

    Wanda Floyd, Google Review

Bill Melchione and crew were outstanding on my knee surgery therapy. Bill insisted that I needed to start therapy earlier than uVA had recommended. I started earlier and after the first 2weeks which is about when I would have start therapy, I had made considerable progress. Upon completion of therapy, uVA was extremely pleased and I will not have to return for future follow up visits. I am planning my second knee surgery earlier than I originally planned based on the success my first knee recovery. The whole team works to make appointments easy and every appointment started and finished on time. Thanks Blue Ridge Physical Therapy and see you guys in the near Future for my other knee.
