Baxter's Playhouse is a dog daycare and boarding facility in Gastonia, NC, founded by local owners Don and his family who were inspired to create a better boarding experience after their own rescue dog Baxter had a negative experience elsewhere. The facility features 10,000 square feet of indoor play space, outdoor fenced areas, and some of the largest kennels in the area, with all boarding dogs participating in daily daycare to exercise and socialize. They offer 24-hour security, multiple cameras, and staff willing to sleep on-site with anxious dogs, ensuring every pet feels safe, loved, and at home.
