Athletic Move is a Lubbock-based personal training gym founded by Brian Joseph, a Texas Tech graduate with a degree in Exercise Sport Science. The facility offers personalized personal training, boot camp classes, kickboxing, and sports performance coaching, with a strong emphasis on nutrition education alongside exercise programming.
