“This was once a great company when Matt started his business many years ago. Communications have gone downhill to the point that he won't call his customers after repeated requests through the office. It's been 3 months. I requested a quote for a sand filter change and some other piping changes, they were too busy to get a quote to me while I was in town. Then the tech showed up without notifying me to look at it. I never approved the quote. Then they show up without an appointment and do the sand filter change without my knowledge or approval. Matt never returned my call to discuss, that was in June. Matt - I paid your invoice just to be done with this, but you need to change the way you operate your business, or you won't have a business.”
