Arizona Goat Yoga

Arizona Goat Yoga is the original and longest-running goat yoga studio, founded in Gilbert in 2015 by April Gould and Sarah Williams. They offer themed yoga classes where specially trained goats and alpacas (featured on America's Got Talent) interact with you throughout the entire session, plus sound bath experiences, alpaca photo booths, and cow cuddling. This unique wellness experience combines yoga practice with animal interaction and has been recognized as a top attraction in Arizona, earning Guinness World Records and consistent "Best of Phoenix" awards.
