“Disappointed!! I purchase a very large package of services (massages, float, and sauna) for a family member who has been struggling with illness and needed detox support (r/t tick bite). On their first visit, they had to search for someone to help them for 20 minutes (10 mins PAST their appointment time). She finally found a young worker, who took her to the sauna. The Sauna wasn’t even on, and it had dirty towels still sitting in it. They had to search for clean towels and the worker finally took them to the sauna and it never heated up to the correct temperature after 30 minutes. In general she said the place was a mess. How can you trust the cleanliness of the float pods if they can’t keep the saunas presentable between clients. For a place centered on healing and detox, the inconvenience of trying to find someone to help you (when you already don’t feel well) paired with lack of cleanliness is not a good look. The website looked beautiful and though I don’t live in Charlottesville anymore, I was hoping I could trust this business to provide the kind of service advertised and help her expedite healing. They did provide an immediate refund.”
