“This company is extremely difficult to communicate with and usually takes several days to respond to a voicemail or email. We had them come out to open a pool later in the season. They did come at the scheduled time but they left the pool still very dirty and charged us the full amount. They told us that the pool should be fine to swim in after about 10-14 days but the pool was still extremely dirty at that point. So, we had them come back out and they charged us another full service fee plus more chemicals to clean the pool again. Unless a credit is applied to our account for their poor service, we will be using a different pool service in the future.”

The team at Aqua-Clean is always responsive to my requests but they went above and beyond when a few problem pool tiles fell off right before a visit from my sisters and friends. They not only cleaned the pool extra clean, but they temporarily repaired all of the tiles. “I’ve used Aqua clean for the last few years, and have had nothing but good things to say. Unfortunately, that has changed. They were supposed to open my pool 6 days ago. I called to confirm on that day and was told they would be there. They still have not arrived six days later, despite several calls from me. Each time I was put off, the office manager saying she could not get in touch with the owner. This company is in shambles. I would suggest using another company in the area.”
