I took my car in the evening before and talked with service rep(Jeff) to decide what was needed for a 60,000 mile service. He was very patient with my questions as we made a list of what needed to be done. They called me in the afternoon next day to let me know it was ready and I went to pick it up. A very helpful tip they gave me over the phone was they charge 3% credit card fee, so if I wanted to avoid that, bring the checkbook or cash. Oh, I also thought the price was very reasonable.”
