“The staff is very caring and handles each animal (and owner) with care and tenderness. They listen to the owner, are good with fur babies, and will offer all services they think are appropriate. If the best option is cost-prohibitive, they will offer other options that won't break the bank. Their services are thorough and they're not hesitant to transfer care to a more knowledgeable practice should it be warranted. Finally, their services are given at a very reasonable price point.”

“I have taken my bichon for several years to this practice. Dr Conti has been a joy to work with, easy to communicate with, and very flexible. Costs and access to care have been reasonable. When moving to a new county that made normal vet visits to Charlottesville difficult Dr Conti and team remained in contact and helped with refills and care as needed. I initially went to AAC because my dog needed a dental and the local vet in my hometown was charging an obscene amount. AAC completed the procedure for around 75-80% less than what the local town vet estimated. While my dog routinely saw Dr Conti the other vets in the practice were also friendly, knowledgable, and professional. My pup is 14 yo now, down to three teeth, but still full of life and I appreciate all they've done and continued to do for him.”
