“We first started dealing with Airflow when a respected colleague left the UVa HVAC maintenance department to go to work for them almost 20 years ago. We were having problems with a system that was improperly installed by another company and Mr. North, the owner, diagnosed and corrected the issue immediately. We've faithfully called on them for preventive maintenance every Spring and Fall since then, and the heat pump worked reliably. However, it sprung a leak and passed away a couple of weeks ago.
