“Advantage Air LLC – Honest, Responsive, and Compassionate After being told by another company that the entire AC unit needed to be replaced, we contacted Advantage Air LLC and we're so glad we did. They actually returned a phone call, came out quickly, and instead of pushing a full replacement, they identified the real issue and replaced only the necessary parts. They saved us thousands of dollars. My mother is 76 and was stuck in 90-degree heat while waiting to get her AC fixed. She had ordered some standalone AC units to get by, and Advantage Air not only showed up right away, they kindly helped set those up for her. Once the part arrived, they came back to complete the repair and waived all other charges except for the actual part and work. No pressure, no scare tactics, just real professionalism and care. “I was scrambling to find someone to come fix one of our HVAC's return units during an unusually hot early May, and luckily Advantage Air was able to come the same day unlike competitors. What we thought was only a freon leak from a bad weld also required a compressor and reversing valve replacement. The parts were under warranty, and Tim took care of all of that for me.
