“Used Advanced Plumbing Services as part of a home warranty call and they discovered that most of the CPVC throughout my home was cracked. Paid them outside of warranty service to replace ALL plumbing in the house...BIG MISTAKE! First, one of the workers decided they needed to use the toilet, leaving a massive #2 just sit in there for two days (because the water was off). Then, as work was going on I noticed they were leaving the unreliable CPVC in certain areas and had to request they correct it. Third, when they finished work, they left all the broken pipes and trash from the job thrown all throughout my crawl space. To add insult to injury, they neglected to properly support any of the PEX they installed, making for a shoddy looking install that I paid a reputable contractor to fix. Finally, while taking a shower the pipe for the shower head burst inside the wall. Cutting into the wall unveiled they had left more CPVC in place after working in side the same access hole. They were only $100 cheaper than my local plumber, but I ended up paying a ton more to correct their garbage quality of work.”
