“Keith installed our Heat Pump system about 3 1/2 years ago, and the blower motor failed while still under warranty. I called on a Tuesday, late morning. He sent his employee out to check out the problem within 90 minutes. Unfortunately, getting a new part from the manufacturer would take almost a week because of the weekend, and that was going to pose a big problem for us. Keith worked with uscto suggest alternatives and ultimately was able to get expedited shipping. We had a working heat pump by noon on Friday. He’s responsive and helpful, and this experience was reflective of our experience three years ago when he managed to get our old AC working temporarily in the middle of July while we investigated the type of system we wanted. When we chose to buy our system through him he took the price of the repair off our cost. Also, very importantly, he’s always clear spoken. I’ve been really happy with his company over the years.”
