1st Choice Therapy

1st Choice Therapy is a locally owned outpatient clinic in Laredo specializing in speech and occupational therapy for children and adults. They provide comprehensive speech-language pathology services including evaluation and treatment of speech, language, cognition, swallowing, and voice disorders, as well as occupational therapy focused on physical functioning, self-care, activities of daily living, and motor coordination. The clinic accepts most private insurances, Medicaid, and Medicare, with extended hours Monday-Thursday 9am-7pm and Friday 1pm-7pm.
