“We were very pleased with the work done by Valley Roofing earlier this year. Our 1941 house needed a facelift and we contracted Valley to do the entire job. We sought estimates and had conversations from several other companies but was most impressed with Valley. One of the things that was lacking from others was thoroughly presenting what work was to be done and the costs associated. Hard to believe, I know. Some companies just gave me generic information and left a lot of questions. The estimate had pictures, highlights of specific things to be done or not done, etc... As for the work: they performed all work according to the estimate, were quick to respond when I had questions, and remained flexible throughout in order to make sure they left me a satisfied customer. We had them remove and replace our shingle roof, our flat porch roof, and our siding. They also installed two gutters. One was the front bay window with tough angles and uncommon challenges. Also, our flat roof had some scary water damaged boards under our old tar and pebble roof that they worked with me to address/repair in order to prepare a lasting structure for the TPO Rubber roof they installed. I had other estimates that were cheaper, however, I feel like I received more for my money in the end. It was important to have one company do all the work and be accountable to transition from one part of the job to the other. The roofing crews (flat roof and shingle roof), the siding crew and the gutter crew had to coordinate the job to eliminate "rework". I have been self-employed for 30 years in the service industry and have built my business on repeat and referral clients. If you were to ask me, "Would you have Valley do other/future work for you again?", the answer would be a resounding, "YES".”
