“The staff is friendly and professional. They truly care about the patients in their care. My wife came in experiencing severe sciatic pain and within a few weeks, she is virtually pain free. I came in with a myriad of pain issues from my knees to my shoulder and we are making slow but steady progress in resolving these issues. All of this has been made possible due to their diligence and care. Thanks to all of you at Wright PT from Genesis, Rosa, Izzy, Reese, to Dekker and Chris for your help.”

“My experience at Wright Physical Therapy has been amazing. Not only have I improved strength in my pelvic floor muscles, I also have much more confidence in everyday tasks. Every person there is professional and friendly, and made the work feel much less than it was. I’m so glad I finally worked up the will to get in and get better. It’s truly a fantastic office, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!”

“past experiences over the years were great. I went back there this summer in July-August through Veterans VA referral. Was very disappointed when I was being treated at the Falls Ave clinic in Twin Falls. Therapist would not listen to my concerns and tried to treat what he thought was right and left every session hurting worse than when I went in. I finally was transferred to Filer clinic where they listened and I started feeling better. However, VA only does so many authorized visits. My visits ran out and was not doing better. The clinic sends reports to the VA for authorizations for more visits which they usually approve. After a month I reached out to the VA and was informed that they had not received any such request. Now 4 months later still no answers to help me improve. I feel like I was black listed from treatment with this experience.😠”
