“UPDATE: we were sent “new” windows, that are leaking and still terrible quality.. you barely lift up to open the window and the entire frame bends. We were told this was the “top of the line” windows they have. If that is the case, I would hate to see their worst. Cant get in touch with the manager to get this situation resolved… so we are at this point contacting a lawyer. If i could give them 0 stars, I would. Let me start by saying we are building a new house, & ordered their “highest end” windows. They get here to install them one day while we are working and we get home to them being halfway done and notice they are the WRONG window, & they didnt flash any of the windows. The installers said the notes stated specifically no flashing… and to take it up with the management team. We have been fighting back and forth with them to get this replaced with either no response, or passing it on to someone else. Now, everything in our brand new house is flooded due to them not doing their job, and not coming back out here to fix the problems. The pictures dont do it justice, this was the very beginning of the storm, and every single window had water pouring through it.”
