“This is the second time I have been to this establishment to leave disappointed. I got the $45 wash that includes the interior and exterior. I did not expect it to be perfect but I did expect the car to not still be caked with dirt. It’s like they didn’t even try to wipe the car down to remove the dirt. I usually clean my one car at home but was pressed for time. Now I still have to go home and clean the car. Plus I’m out of $45 plus tip. The pictures attached are after they serviced the car. Save your money and wash your own car or choose a different car wash.”

“For the price and the detailing service offered in the monthly unlimited plan ($69 a month), White Horse is the best value in the Charlottesville area. I do feel that their sister location an hour away in Harrisonburg, VA has a far better car wash machine setup. The one here is clearly old and not all of the spinning brushes work, such as the one that does the roof of the car. It also ripped a cap off my roof rack, so always check afterwards to make sure everything’s there. In terms of service, Harrisonburg staff went the extra mile in being courteous and friendly. While the folks at Charlottesville are always very fast/ thorough and work very very hard, Harrisonburg went above and beyond to with their thoroughness and friendly service.”

“Angry! "Buyer beware" as supposedly I should have known to protect or remove my rear wiper during car wash, but I usually wash it myself, so I did not know. I heard it snap off completely in the bay. Afterwards, I had to park my car and find an attendant to go in and retrieve it for me, where he then proceeded to wipe it off and hand it back like nothing ever happened. That's the most expensive $20 car wash I've ever had. 😭”

“White Horse Auto Wash is hands down my go-to car wash. Vivian is always so kind and welcoming, and Christian took the time to really walk me through the different package options so I could choose what worked best for me. Because of that, I’m now a monthly member and I love it. It’s perfect for stopping in on my way to or from work, and I’m usually in and out in under 30 minutes. They do an automatic exterior wash, and then up to four team members jump in to take care of the interior, which makes a huge difference. My car always looks and feels amazing when I leave. Great service, friendly team, and super convenient. Highly recommend! 🚙✨”
