“We've been bringing our pets here for 15+ years. We can’t say enough good things about West End Veterinary. Unfortunately, one of our cats, Rocky has had to visit many times over the years and everyone is always professional, kind, and compassionate with him, even when he may not have been. We've always felt welcomed and cared for—not just our pet, but us as well. They take time to explain everything , answer all our questions and concerns. Even during emergency visits. The level of care and attention they provide is always outstanding. It’s clear they genuinely love what they do and treat their patient's as if it was their own. We always leave feeling confident and grateful, knowing our pets were in the best hands possible. Highly recommended.”

“These people are super sweet. We had called around searching for a day-of appointment to put our old boy down after 17 years of friendship. They were not only compassionate but professional and were able to fit us in irregardless of "current client status", unlike 7 other vet clinics in the area. “My sweet little Doxie died at about 2 am. We took in when they opened the following morning. They were so kind and compassionate. We had her cremated, and we have her ashes. They put her in a sealed wooden box. They took her paw print and gave me a memento to remember her by. They also provided a card that said the day they cremated her, and it was done with the utmost respect and dignity. The whole team is awesome and compassionate.👍🐶❤️”
