“I did my first mat pilates class at Wellspring this week and loved it! Ellie was so helpful in helping me get set up in the right positions and relieving some tight areas. The class was small; I was one of three visitors. I loved how safe it felt. Everyone was masked 100% of the time. Lots of cleaning. Plenty of room to spread out. Also, the environment and the instruction were so welcoming. Having not done a pilates class in almost two years, I was a little nervous because other studios can feel a little pretentious and stuffy if you're not experienced or a regular (at least some I've been to in the past). I felt a major confidence boost leaving this studio. I really enjoyed my visit and can't wait to return soon!”
