VMRC Wellness Center

VMRC Wellness Center is a holistic fitness and wellness facility in Harrisonburg designed specifically for adults 50 and older. The center features an 89-degree heated pool, state-of-the-art cardio and strength training equipment, group fitness classes on a floating floor to reduce joint impact, massage services, and health education programs. VMRC takes a comprehensive approach to wellness across physical, emotional, cognitive, social, and spiritual dimensions, guided by the International Council on Active Aging.
