“Called and set up a consultation. The day of said consultation the receptionist(not the same one who made the appointment) called and asked what kind of trouble I was in. When I told her none she snapped at me and asked why I would need a consultation. When I told her for custody she raised her voice and snapped at me that they are not doing custody cases and she's canceled my appointment.
