Twin Falls Nails

“Second time here and the first time the lady I had was amazing. Super fast and still was able to do her job well. This time the woman I had was going way too fast. When filing my toes and fingers was going too fast and hurt the skin around my nails and kept looking away while doing it. When she was doing my nails she was going way too fast and three things got thrown at me and I had to pick stuff up off the floor and had to catch the nail glue from falling too. Was moving way too fast she got glue all over my hands and somehow down my arm. Then for some reason she felt the need to keep bending my arms in ways they don’t bend and I have a hurt wrist and because it’s hurt it doesn’t bend as it should and she kept twisting my arm and hurting my wrist even more. I’ve never had a nail tech bend my hands the way she was and she was super aggressive with it as well. Then she kept slapping my fingers out of her way and yanking on my arms instead of communicating what she wanted me to do. With all the twisting of my arms to look at the shape of the nails she still made them all different lengths and shapes. Also was going way too fast and messed up the hearts. Also didn’t even follow the picture I showed her I wanted. Didn’t want hearts on the red tip nail and wanted a white line above the red and she ignored my photo and did what she wanted. She also made them look couple weeks grown out already. Also didn’t even cover my whole toe nails. For the pedicure was $50 and the nails was $75. When I asked how much all together she said $120. At the end of the service she told me if I left a google review she’d take off $7 and my total would be $120. So basically she wanted me to leave a review for free which I wouldn’t mind if she asked for a review but she didn’t have to lie and make me think she would be taking off only $7. The older woman and man are great. The younger woman shouldn’t be working there in my opinion. Definitely won’t be going back there anymore. You can go to cosmetology schools for way cheaper and a way better experience.”

“They are very rude and did a horrible job on my nails. They are super thick and crooked and they look like raptor claws. Im very unhappy with them and just want them off. I went in and asked for a refund but the jusy offered to fix them but I just want them gone. They were also talking crap about my friend and I while we were getting them done. They are also so unsanitary and the burnt the skin off of 2 of my friends nails. I dont think im asking much. I just want them refunded and they can even cut them off if they want but they didnt help me at all. I had a horrible experience and will never go there again. 0/10😭😭”
