“I purchased a door from Twin Falls Glass a couple of years ago. As the days get warmer things expand and the door needs adjusted or it won’t close. I called them and they sent someone out. He grabbed my chair to stand on to reach the adjustment screw. 30 seconds later he was done. He showed me where the adjustment screw was so I didn’t need to call them in the future. I asked him how much I owe him. He said “Don’t worry about it”. A week later I get a bill for $125. I called their office and told them this exact thing and the lady said “Sorry, you owe us a$125”. I told her I would have liked to have know that upfront, she proceeded to tell me that she had someone come to her house to fix her dishwasher and charged her without fixing it. If this is the type of people you want to do business with. Be my guest.”

“Had TFG install 2 large shower doors in our Master Bath. Do you know how important it is to have your walls LEVEL and the threshold into your shower slightly slanted IN towards the shower so it won't leak (When Framed and Tiled). I DIDN'T! All this to say it was a difficult shower because of that oversight when it was built! TFG did a FANTASTIC job. I worked with Chanda through the entire process. She was attentive to my needs and kept me up-to-date throughout the process. I worked with Nate, who is the "Shower Glass Guy", at Twin Falls Glass. He contacted me to obtain my measurements for my shower. Late in the day, he spent two hours on the phone with me to ensure that my measurements were accurate as I had some significant out-of-square issues. When the glass came to my house, the employee that delivered it took at least 30 minutes out of his day to answer my questions. My shower glass fit like a glove and I couldn't be happier.
