“I am about 4 weeks late in writing my review - but WOW!!! 10/18 - We had appointments at Esthetic Co for four facials (one being a bride, her sister, and two cousins). I had the privilege of having my very first facial done by the wonderful Amber. She was absolutely amazing! She greeted us with all smiles and went to work. Amber is the newbie to the team, but you couldn't tell. She explained the type of facial she would be doing and the benefits of the process. It was so relaxing! The service even came with a facial massage that nearly put me to sleep. Amber was very easy to talk to and didn't make the experience awkward. I honestly wasn't sure how the facial would work on my melanated skin, but Amber did such a great job! I couldn't stop smiling after the seeing the glow that my skin had once she was done. THANK YOU AMBER!!! You are wonderful! When I'm back in the Charlottesville area, I'll make sure to stop in and see you. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! The shop was extremely clean, and it made the experience that much more relaxing. Thank you Esthetic Co!”

“I had the most incredible Bespoke Facial with Sydney today! She was super kind and made the experience so relaxing, and tailored the service to my specific skin concerns. She also answered all my questions about skincare and recommendations for what I can do at home. 10/10 will be back again! Side note: I forgot to use my gift certificate when I checked out, and when I called a few hours later the person who answered the phone was kind and helped me fix my mistake. Excellent customer service all the way around!”

“The absolute best experience every time! I have been seeing Dannah for 10+ years and watching her build such an incredible space has been such a joy. Every visit is judgement free, tailored to your needs and it never feels like they are pushing anything on you. I have seen both Dannah and Olivia and they are true miracle workers with such extensive knowledge. Shoutout to Olivia for suggesting I add in ice rolling, which has brought the inflammation in my skin down (alongside the fantastic moisturizer with aloe she recommended) for the first time in months. They go beyond just suggesting products and help you build a routine where you understand what you are actually doing to help your skin. They never add on anything that would not work for your skin, it’s a truly custom and tailored experience. I never feel like they are pushing me to try anything just to add on more to the service, plenty of times they’ve said hey that actually would not be great for your skin! So lucky to have found Dannah all those years ago and I will never stray from the esthetic co!”
