“I'm normally not a big fan of St Luke's, but Canyon View saved my life. I went in Friday afternoon wanting to die, and in the three days I was there, I feel happy and love my life. The staff were incredible, especially my nurse, Mary and the Social Worker, Tabitha. Going to the groups really helped me. I will be forever grateful for Canyon View♥️”

“This place is a scam! A person who is confused, severely stressed, or depressed, having self harming thoughts, goes to the hospital then forced on a 36hr hold is sent there for help. (This causes more stress on the patient) They receive no help. (Causes more stress) Medication is pushed on them. (More stress) Not able to sleep while in there due to 15min welfare checka were they have to wake you up. (Sleep deprivation, which has been a form of torture, more stress) then they release you with no help provided. So your placed in a prison like environment. Then you get the bill.... from St Luke's and this place. If you haven't done self harm to yourself before the bill, there's a good chance this will send you over the edge. You would be better off burning $13k-$15k. This place doesn't help you, they are there to scam you out of your money!”

“First, the nurses tell me they would do something for me, or they say they will be there and it might take hours. If they say their going to do it, I expect it done in a timely manner. My time there was a waste of time. I was worse when I left. I was released 9/4. It was rushed and I didn't get some of my things. I didn't get the meds I took in with me and I didn't get my CPAP. I had to go back and get them. I was told there was a bed available at Village House. There was no room there so I went back to living in my car. I was supposed to get a prescription I started while there and I didn't get it. I can't get ahold of the people i want to talk to. I was telling another patient i was homeless and ended up there. I was there because I was very depressed. Shortly after I was released. I think my conversation with the other patient was overheard and I was there because I needed a place to stay. I was seriously depressed. I was accused of using Snapchat and I never have. I was accused of using Social Media because I was using my phone with supervision and a message came up and I read it. That was the extent of my Social Media interaction. This information is in my chart and it is not the truth. I will not tell anyone to go there. Such a dissapointment! I am so dissapointed with Canyon View. My after care was non existant. It cost a lot of money and im no better now than I was when I was admitted. A plus, the food was good.”

“Atrocious staff. I’ve never had such a horrible experience with a hospital before. The staff is rude, disrespectful, and disgustingly inconsiderate of their patients. I would give zero stars if I could. They purposefully make it difficult for patients to talk to family members. Changed my loved one’s patient number right after they said we could contact them, then when we called back to get the new patient number they hung up on us. After calling AGAIN they refused to give us the new patient number.”

“I went to go visit someone and it was a nightmare. They tell you to follow a long list of rules THEY NEVER GIVE YOU. They dont do a good job at letting patients know how visitation works. And It really felt like everyone in there was being neglected, just put in front of a coloring book or TV. It broke my heart seeing how even the staff didnt know the rules of the facility.”
