You'll work at your own intensity within the group format, and you'll be surprised how quickly you adapt. Most of our members started with zero fitness experience and now they're the ones welcoming newcomers.
    How quickly will I see results?

Visible changes in body composition and significant strength gains typically appear after 8-12 weeks of consistent attendance (3-4 classes weekly). Your results depend on consistency, nutrition, and recovery—but the structured programming and accountability make success far more likely than training alone.
    Will I be sore after my first class?

    Some muscle soreness 24-48 hours after your first few sessions is normal as your body adapts to new movements. It's not the painful kind—more like you worked hard. This diminishes quickly as you attend regularly. We intentionally scale your first classes to challenge you without destroying you, so you can come back consistently.

    Tell your trainer before class starts. We'll provide alternative movements that work around your limitation while still challenging you effectively. Many of our members train successfully with old shoulder injuries, knee issues, or back concerns—modification is part of what we do every session.
