Rockbridge Barbell is a professional-level weight training and conditioning facility founded by Red Dowdell, who brings years of experience working with D.C.-based professional sports teams including the Washington Nationals and D.C. United. They offer personalized personal training, semi-private training for up to 2 people, small group training (up to 6 people), and open gym access—all with fully customized programming and coaching tailored to individual goals. Rockbridge Barbell brings expert-level fitness training to the Rockbridge County community with a focus on making professional coaching accessible to those who might not normally have access to it.
