“Love going to Pet Smart in the Hollymead Town Center Place. The staff is friendly, compassionate and smart. They answer all my questions or will find out from someone else. It's clean and their tanks are normally well maintained. Their variety of kitty products is impressive. Everything my vet recommended for my new kitties was right there on the shelves. Easy returns too. Great knowledge of reptiles when asked about habitats, food resources or any other concerns. Highly recommend Pet Smart to begin a life of pet companionship.”

“Will never go back to this store, again. Really got upset yesterday when leaving this store seeing an employee leaving in tears. Was extremely concerned about the girl, so I went to the parking lot to console her. Found out that she had been yelled at, and threatened at this job, per her manager. So she decided it was best for her to leave the job. Been in this store previous times, and I've also heard a Man employee there screaming at other employees. Rub me the wrong way then, but really was upset about yesterday. Wondering if PetSmart lets this happen at all stores, and if they do let employees be treated this way, I wonder how our pets are treated. Don't think I feel safe leaving my precious baby there by his self if the employees are treated this horribly. I think I'll just take my business elsewhere. Please make sure your pets are safe when you leave them there, I believe this is a very hostile working place.”

“This Petsmart isn’t like the rest. The people there treat you and your pets like family. The employees there remember my pups names and always will get down on the ground to greet them. The ladies in the grooming salon are excellent. We have used Briana, the trainer, for both our older dog Olive and our puppy Monkey. She made a world of a difference with both of them and taught us a lot as well. Carlos, a manager there, has been the kindest, most thoughtful employee I have ever met at a big chain store. we are super grateful for this team!”

“Thoroughly enjoyed the Santa Photo Event. The staff were incredibly friendly and patient with our little guy who was a little shy.
