“I have been in the office 4 times now in the past few months. It had been years since I'd been to the dentist because of insurance and fear/anxiety. When I called to make a new patient appointment, I told the receptionist about my anxiety and she was so kind and supportive. The first step was just making it to the appointment. I did, and I'm so happy I did. The staff, the hygienists, and Dr. Owen have been the absolute best experience for a dentist. The handful of hygienists I've had so far have been so gentle and caring. They actually ask how you are during procedures and gave me breaks when I needed it. One hygienist (I can't remember her name) actually noticed my literal body language and knew I needed a small break during my deep clean. Dr. Owen has been absolutely fantastic. He's also gentle and accommodating. He explains everything so throughly and answered the hundreds of questions without irritation. He never pressured me into doing procedures and just said that when I'm ready, he'll be there. The reception made scheduling so easy and they explained my insurance to me like I was 5 because I had no idea what was covered and what wasn't. They are very knowledgeable. “I needed a bridge replaced that had lasted over 40 years. Dr. Owen and Dawn assessed my situation and came up with a plan to remove the old bridge, reconstruct the teeth that were supporting my bridge, take measurements for the new bridge as well as a temporary one and finally install the new bridge.
