“On Tuesday, January 6, I was heading out to an appointment when my car wouldn’t start. I called the local State Farm office to check on my roadside assistance insurance. Lynnsey could not have been more helpful. She assured me that I had full coverage and she even gave me contact information for several mechanics. Her advice paid off for within an hour a mechanic had come to my house, got my car started and talked me through what I should do in the aftermath. Throughout this time I texted Lynnsey and another staff person several times as they advised me what to do to “click in” to my coverage. They said to simply get a receipt from the mechanic and to send them a picture of the receipt. I picked up the reimbursement check the very next morning!
