“The showroom, although not very big, had a lot of options from budget friendly to unique and hand made tiles that were more costly. Diane was very helpful and we're well on our way to finding what we want thanks to her. UPDATE: The tile was purchased and installed by one of their recommended installers and we couldn't be happier. The tile looks great, the installers were very professional/friendly, and all of it happened in a reasonable amount of time.”

“I ordered $700 of Schluter profiles here the week before Christmas. I paid $140 for expedited shipping to get it before Christmas as I took the whole week off to tile my bathroom. Which is a lot of money. When I received my order the wrong outside corner was included. I needed an AHKA and they ordered me an AHK. I called 12/26 to inform them of the mistake. They ordered me the correct one which arrived today. I asked about my $140 shipping charge since it was a waste of money since I was short one outside corner. I was told that I should have caught the mistake on the receipt when I signed off on it. Which I guess is true, but it was very obvious I was a novice in ordering these profiles. So missing that one "A" cost me $140 and a week of vacation. I was going to give them one star, but since technically I missed the absence of one letter on a page of crazy item numbers I gave them 2 stars. I have recommended numerous customers to this establishment. One that just spent $2,500 there last week. I will no longer recommend this establishment to my customers nor anyone else. There are other issues I have had here that influenced this review, but I don't fell like mentioning them here. Please reach out if you would like to hear more.”

“STAY AWAY - Take your business and your money to Sarisand Tile where they treat customers with respect. This review is about the showroom in Charlottesville, VA. As a designer, Morris tile is the worst company I have ever worked with. There are two customer customer service people. One is good, the other is completely incompetent. She is always befuddled, doesn’t know the products and could barely use the computer. She took an hour to order 200 sq ft. of tile they stocked in their warehouse. In the past I had ordered and paid for several thousand dollars worth materials at Morris instead of Sarisand at the recommendation of my installer. Several weeks ago I ordered a small amount of tile that they always Have in stock. A day later, before the tile was even picked from their warehouse, I had to cancel the order. They refused to refund mymoney. I have called and emailed and but have No response. At this point they have kept the tile and all of my money. I can understand charging a restocking fee, but NOT keeping all of the funds. This is dishonest and wrong. Take your business elsewhere.”
