“I have had very good luck with Merry Maids on other locations. I am in a walking cast and need maid service so I called this location for assistance and noted that there would be a need for interaction to remove clutter. They texted while on their way and arrived 10 minutes early which was a bit of an issue since I have physical issues and was on the toilet. I asked them to wait but they did not hear me. They came walking in forcing me to scramble. I asked why they had come in. The response was I should have gotten their text that they were on the way. I asked again why did they enter without permission (ten minutes early). They said “they didn’t know.” My feeling is that vendors should wait as a matter of course until allowed in, especially when arriving early. More to the point, it was clear that they were going to do what they were going to do without interaction unless “they were told” regardless of my concerns. One bad experience but not one easily corrected.”
