“Megan and her staff have been amazing! We've taken our 2 dogs for daycare 3 times and the dogs did very well with the other dogs. Staff is very attentive and was able to tell us how each of our dogs did with the other dogs in the play sessions when we picked them up. Whenever, I've call to ask questions about daycare or boarding, Megan and her staff have been patient and thorough in answering my questions. I love all the daily photos she posts of the pets playing that you can see once you log into the reservation booking software. I can tell Megan and her staff really care about the pets in their care and their customers too. We will definitely be using Megan's Boarding & Daycare in the future.”

“Maycie is amazing !! I brought my dog Bug to be groomed and she also helped with my cat Posie , who had a gnarly mat on her back . The entire staff was friendly and welcoming !! The best part was when picking my little friends up after grooming they were relaxed and happy , this tells me they were treated very well and Maycie handled them with care ! I have found my forever groomer at Meagan’s Northgate … Thanks ladies 😻🐶”

“I'm too far away to use their services but the wonderful woman I spoke with on the phone was an absolute delight. I could hear the honesty and excitement in her voice as she informed me this was the best job she's ever had "easily." I have zero doubts how amazing she and the rest of the staff looks after the animals in their care and it makes me smile (smiling as I'm writing this!) for all the owners. I've had 35 years in animal rescue, dog sitting, dog walking, fostering, and adoption. I'd trust them with my fur babies in a heart beat. Highly recommend!”

“I boarded my two dogs for 7 days. We ended up having some travel complications and needed to leave them there longer. At the time, we didn't know how much longer. We were reassured that they would care for them as long as needed. We received almost daily emails with photos of the dogs and when we returned it was very obvious that our one dog prone to separation anxiety was comfortable and happy. Will be using again for sure.”

“My wife and I were visiting Idaho Falls, and needed a reputable kennel to board our Golden Retriever for a couple days. After researching user reviews, we decided on Megan’s Northgate Animal Boarding facility. I was immediately impressed with receptionist Jessica’s friendly yet professional demeanor. Today we were supposed to pick up Honey by six, which is closing time. I explained to Jessica that we couldn’t get there before closing. She then arranged for us to get Honey a couple hours later for a nominal charge. At that time we dealt with the business owner, Megan. She was a joy to interact with, and even gave me a military discount. I had noticed an American flag at the entrance to her driveway. Being a former Marine, I truly appreciated that!
