“The last couple visits for my 3 year old had us waiting 45mins-1 hour. The office needs to start canceling or rescheduling people If they are running behind—or schedule better :). Overall, not impressed with the staff or processes here. The MA putting the casts on was inexperienced and stressed us out as she was totally unaware of the Doctor’s notes for placement and added taping.”

“DR. Dazley and his nurse practitioner Tara have done a great job. Rx refilled within 36 hours which i found acceptable since the staff is quite busy. I did have to wait a bit longer to be seen at my 2 week post op, but I understand; as I had a list of 7 questions that added about 15 minutes to my visit. But Tara took the time to address and explain my questions which I was very greatful for. So a bit longer wait was worth it.”

“Dave the PA is the only physician I would recommend. Dave has always been courteous and helpful. If you have all day to wait this is your place. Past two visits waited an hour and and half for a 5 minute visit. Ridiculous if they are running this far behind call your clients. Do not waste your time with Dr May, find someone else. If ever we need orthopedics again we will go to Sun Valley the entire St Luke’s Medical Team is crap.”

“Edited By me: I was upset because my wife was upset for having to wait two hours. We did get a call from them later in the day and they had us come in, and we didnt wait a second. While i understand things happen, it was miscommunication on their part, and they owned up to it. The nurse was incredible and my daughter absolutely loved her. Original: My four year old daughter went in for an appointment, which MVO moved from 2pm to 11am. So we had to pull her out of preschool early. Then after my wife and daughter had sat there for over an hour and 45 minutes, they come in and say that the doctor is gone for the day..... What kind of BS is this. This was an appointment to see if she got her cast off or not. If you were in any other career you would be fired. We understand if things have to be moved, but to have us moved and then left my wife and 4 year old (not easy to entertain in a docots office for that long) for almost two hours to then be told to just reschedule is an incredible oversight by everyone at Magic Valley Orthopedics. They also billed out copay, and now we can't get anyone to answer the phone.”
