We were building an enclosed porch for the hot tub and due to some complications Thomas had to store our hot tub longer than originally requested. but he had no problem with it. He came out to our property to make sure there would not be a problem delivering and setting it up. He went beyond the call of duty. The delivery team was very efficient and friendly. “I gave a $1000 deposit and was told there was no commitment at ALL to purchase the hot tub but now that I’m trying to get my deposit back they said it is not possible. They called me to let me know that after a years wait my hot tub was available and I told them that I was not able to purchase it at that time but if they could please hold my $1000 deposit until I was ready to purchase another different one. They said that would be Ok but now that I am talking to the manager, he said there’s nothing he can do but he cannot give me my deposit back. Now I’m trying to call them to ask what the balance would be that I would need to pay so I don’t just lose the money.”
