“All the staff and doctor were very polite and did a good job. The initial 'paperwork' was too arduous and my appointed start time ran 1/2 hr. late. My only real complaint is that when the doctor extracted the rear molar with a gold crown, he didn't offer me the crown, and I didn't remember to ask for it......probably worth at least $60 - $80 with gold now worth over $3K/ounce!”
