“I prefer the Kirk Y to the Salem one for swimming during the cooler months. The parking in the back is close to the pool entrance. I love to swim even if it is cold outside. They also have a steam room and a hot tub! Salem has the best views from their warm pool, so I love to swim there in the summer.”

“Parking lot unsafe after dark. Twice i was approached by man and a woman followed me to my truck, man came to me from behind me and she's from the side reaching my truck she banged on my driver side window and he trying to open my door. Those couples had and small blue car with broken window and hitched an open trailer with bunch of junk on it that had been parked in the back lower parking lot for a week. Twice a fight happened while I was there one inside and the other fight as I was getting out of my truck in parking lot both fights were violent. I joined the ymca only to use the steam room, jacuzzi, little pool take a shower and leave but 90% of time jacuzzi closed or steam room broke down beside shutdown of the pool for y splash. 😀 This has to be one of the most unprofessional YMCA Facilities in our area”

“Visiting from out of town and was pleasantly surprised by this workout space. Three free guest passes every year, which was nice. I wish their gym had more weight equipment and floor space for stretching and that sort of thing, but I also understand that's not really their focus. What they have in the gym is sufficient for most lifting workouts, with squat and bench press racks, but you may have trouble getting equipment if you go during busier hours.”

“Used this for our daughter's summer camp two years in a row. Never questioned if she was happy or safe - and the drop-off/pick-up hours were super flexible. Highly recommended.”

“Great indoor track. Lots of different equipment. Indoor pool is awesome and clean.”
