“I bought a new set of Cooper AT3 tires at the request of the customer service rep who waited on me, worst set of tires ever purchased this was maybe 3 months ago and the tires are already bald, and then I was told by that same customer service rep that any Ken Towery across the United States would service/warranty …. “I had an appointment at the Boston Road location in Lexington for Saturday 2/28 at 7:30am. I made the appointment a couple days in advance. The appointment was confirmed. I showed up at 7:20 and waited until 7:30 to go to the door. The lights were off and the door was locked. I waited until 7:40 and decided to call another location to get an appointment. Luckily the nicholasville location had availability and they were able to help me. I called the Boston road location at 8 to let them know that I had gone elsewhere and a mechanic answered and apologized saying that they had no manager or office worker present. I’ve had weird interactions with past front desk employees at the Boston road location but the nicholasville location has been great.”
