    I’ve been training with Jon for almost a year, and have had a remarkably positive experience. As someone with a naturally skinny build and a fast metabolism, I’ve always struggled to gain muscle despite years of trying everything from HIIT to traditional weightlifting.     Jon is professional, encouraging, and more importantly, very effective. He knows everything from workout plans to diets and will customize it to your unique needs. Like many people that are not used to exercising, I was very opposed to the idea of working out before, and I never changed my mind no matter how many people suggested me to exercise. I did try different trainers before Jon, and none of them managed to convince me. Jon is the first trainer that made me fundamentally accept working out as part of my life, and if you are like me, you know that’s no small feat. Training with Jon is hard but fun at the same time.
